Argo Blockchain, a U.K. publicly traded visitor focused on crypto mining, has begun the procedure of applying for an initial public offer in the United States.

According to a confidential draft registration argument filed Tuesday with the U.South. Securities and Exchange Commission, or SEC, Argo has proposed a dual-list and initial public offering of American Depositary Shares, expected to occur in the tertiary quarter of 2022. The company said the timing could depend on the SEC completing its review procedure and other conditions in the market place.

Argo said the number of shares expected to exist offered also as the cost has not even so been adamant. According to an update on the firm's Twitter business relationship, information technology has mined 883 Bitcoin (BTC) upward until July 6 and held 1268 BTC by June thirty.
